How long does shipping take?
We offer two delivery timeframes depending on the item:
In-stock items: Delivered within 3–5 business days nationwide.
Special-order items: Delivered within 7–11 business days. These are premium pieces that may require additional processing time before dispatch.
All orders are carefully handled and dispatched through Aramex door to door. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive full tracking details to follow your delivery.
Free delivery for all orders over R1000.
Can I return or exchange an item?
To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Damaged or defective items must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order. Once reported, we’ll cover return shipping and arrange a refund or replacement.
How can I track my order?
You will receive a tracking link via email once your order has been shipped.

Yes! We offer nationwide delivery across South Africa.
